These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ha77 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers.

By accessing the ha77 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ha77.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ha77 Platform and, if you have already registered, request closure of your Account.

These Terms are written in English. Where translations are made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
To register and use the ha77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

You must not share your login details with any other person. ha77 will never request your full password through any communication channel.
You must notify ha77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ha77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 KYC Verificationha77 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as a UMID card, Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national identity card. ha77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to account activation.
4.5 Accurate InformationYou warrant that all information provided to ha77 is truthful and accurate. ha77 may, at any time, require you to re-verify your identity or update your account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the ha77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied by ha77. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methodsha77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. ha77 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Deposit ProcessingGCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to your ha77 Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution. ha77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.
5.4 Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. ha77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
5.5 Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your ha77 Account, subject to availability. ha77 may require withdrawals to be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ha77 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or where bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
5.6 Own FundsYou confirm that all funds deposited to your ha77 Account are from legitimate sources and are your own. ha77 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.
ha77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the respective processor and are not controlled by ha77.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by ha77 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the relevant offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering RequirementsUnless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses credited to your ha77 Account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance. Specific wagering multipliers are stated per promotion.
6.3 Bonus ExpiryBonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, will automatically expire and be removed from your Wallet. ha77 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
6.4 One Bonus Per PlayerWhere a promotion is designated as available once per player, ha77 will enforce this limit across multiple accounts. Attempts to circumvent this rule through duplicate account registration will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential suspension of all associated accounts.
6.5 Bonus Abuseha77 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and coordinated play among multiple accounts. ha77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
ha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of change.
All Random Number Generation (RNG)-based games on the ha77 Platform are independently certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers under real-time supervision. Game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG or live dealing process and are not subject to alteration by ha77 after a game round begins.
7.2 Bet Acceptanceha77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where ha77 identifies unusual betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, or technical irregularities. Bets placed on events where an outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.
7.3 Technical MalfunctionsIn the event of a technical error, malfunction, or server disconnection during a game round, ha77 will endeavour to restore game sessions from the last recorded valid game state. Where restoration is not possible, affected wagers may be refunded at ha77's discretion. ha77 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues that are outside its reasonable control.
7.4 Disputed ResultsAny disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with ha77 customer support within thirty (30) days of the relevant game session. ha77 will review the game log and recording to determine the correct outcome. ha77's determination, following review, shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ha77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
ha77 employs fraud detection and identity verification systems to monitor for prohibited activity. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement agencies.
ha77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request; (e) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations; or (f) any other circumstance at ha77's reasonable discretion.
9.2 Balance on ClosureWhere an Account is closed by ha77 for reasons not related to fraudulent activity or Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via the most recent eligible withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are non-refundable upon closure.
9.3 Player-Initiated ClosurePlayers may request closure of their ha77 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
All content on the ha77 Platform, including but not limited to the ha77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the property of ha77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer any software components of the Platform; (c) use the ha77 brand or trademarks without prior written consent; or (d) scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform.
ha77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://ha77.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ha77 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and improvement of Platform services. ha77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
ha77 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and applicable implementing regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
ha77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their ha77 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
ha77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ha77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ha77 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service outages that are beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms operates to limit ha77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury, or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14.2 Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ha77 Platform, you agree to first contact ha77 customer support at [email protected] and allow ha77 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. ha77 will endeavour to respond to and resolve formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 Regulatory EscalationWhere a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant gaming regulatory authority. ha77 cooperates with regulatory bodies in the investigation and resolution of escalated player complaints.
ha77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ha77 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
